Terms & Conditions
Raffle Tickets are £1 each. A book of 5 tickets is £5 .
The draw is at approx. 14:30 on Saturday 29th November at the HSCA Christmas Fair.
There is no need to be present on the day, prizes will be sent on after the fair using the contact information on the ticket (usually via your Child’s class).
Any adult can buy a ticket; friends, family, neighbours etc. Why not try knocking on some doors in your local area?
Participants must be over 18. Please only put adult names on the tickets.
Prizes will be drawn in estimated value order (from highest to lowest).
Every ticket stub must be completed with the purchaser’s contact information.
For tickets sent home via children’s bookbags - please place cash (coins or notes) and completed ticket stubs in the envelope, seal it, and post in the raffle collection boxes in Infant and Junior school offices.
For online purchases, tickets will be completed on your behalf. If you’d like your physical tickets, you can collect them from the raffle stall on the day of the fair. You do not need to collect them, all tickets will be entered into the draw.
We cannot accept cheques as payment for raffle tickets.
Please return any unpurchased tickets in the envelope so we can re-use them.
All returns must be received by 16:00 on Thursday 27th November. Returns received after this may not make it into the draw.
Additional tickets can also be collected from the school offices, or purchased online.
If you don’t wish to participate – we understand – simply return the unsealed envelope with the blank tickets into the raffle collection box.
